Transforming good ideas into digital experiences since 2013, when I started. With a degree in Internet Systems from IFSUL, I currently lead the Frontend team at HOX.rs.
I have always preferred to work in lean and connected teams, where each member genuinely collaborates, whether in technical decisions or business strategies. The environment is light, ideas flow freely, and the team's synchronicity makes even the shortest deadlines a reason to have a good laugh and grab a beer.
I enjoy both projects that require robust business logic and those that allow for a more artistic and out-of-the-box touch. What matters is always being on the move, facing new challenges that take me out of the automatic and push me to stay productive.
What motivates me is this constant search for evolution and innovation. When I feel stagnant, it's time to move on to the next mission, always with the intention of contributing to the growth of the project and the team. In the end, building something meaningful alongside people who share this same energy is what makes me get up every day.
